| 1. What is Borrelli Cellars Online Store? |

Borrelli Cellars Online Store is a web application that is easy to use, fast, and designed to save you time. It provides a way to create all of your wine orders over the internet at your own time rather than coming into the store. All of this is accomplished while at the same time providing the following time saving features:
- All previous orders are saved so you can simply repeat an order with the click of a button
- Create your orders from home or in the store at their terminal to save time
- Just print off the invoice, then bring it in to easily complete your order |

| 2. How do I use the Online Store? |

| To use the online store you simply click on the STORE button located on the header at the top of this page. You can then create a profile and log in or just use the system as a guest (see below for why registering is beneficial to you). After you are into the system create your order on the Order Creation page. You may choose the wine you like from amongst the different wine groups and add any accessories you would like. After you have chosen the wine you like, you can continue and add another wine to the order, edit or delete wines already in your order, or complete the order and print the invoice. |

| 3. Why should I create a profile as opposed to using the online store as a guest? |

| Creating a profile allows you to take advantage of the full potential of the web application by maximizing your time using the system and allowing for quick order processing that is as simple as three clicks of a mouse. When you create a profile and login you will have access to the orders that you have already completed, and can call up and reprint the invoice for them with one click. You should also make sure to check off that you would like to join the Borrelli Cellars mailing list so that you can be notified of the specials or discounts that offered by the store. |

| 4. I printed off my store invoice, now what? |

| Due to the liqeur laws of Ontario, you must sign your invoice and bring it into the store before any preparation can begin on your wine or wedding orders, so just your invoice into the store to complete your order. |

| 5. I need to bottle my wine using your facilities, how can I do this? |
| |
| Once you bring in your invoice to complete your order, you can, if necessary, schedule a bottling time to use the store facilities to bottle, label, and cork your full wine order. |
