Borrelli Cellars is a full service, professional on-premise winery dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality product, service and skill possible, since 1948.  We use grape juices from some of the World’s finest grape growing regions.

 After choosing your favourite wine (from our selection of over 40), you add the yeast and become the vintner, our Certified Wine Consultants closely monitor the fermentation process for you as your wine matures. Within a few weeks, your very own personal vintage is ready to be bottled, labeled and taken home.

 At Borrelli Cellars, customizing your wines to reflect your own individual and impeccable taste provides you with even more choices and options.  You can choose to round and mellow your wine with oak, perk it up with fruit.   Your customized wine will show off your own discerning palate to all your friends and family. 

Borrelli Cellars also has a whole range of wine and beer making kits, wine presses, destemmer/crushers, winemaking supplies, additives and books for the home winemaker.  With friendly assistance for the novice, there is no need to waste that back yard fruit!
